Meet Linda Smith, owner of Linda Smith Home Designs who provides colour clarity and finish guidance for homeowners working with our drywall and plaster team. She has completed specialized training with two leading North American colour educators: Maria Killam’s Expert Colour Course in Chicago — focused on undertones, architectural colour, and real‑home application — and Kristen Barnett’s certified Psychology of Colour program, which explores how colour interacts with lighting, décor, and the emotional experience of a space.
Linda’s role supports both homeowners and our team by reducing colour‑related delays, preventing costly repainting mistakes, and helping clients make confident decisions before work begins. Her structured, clarity‑driven approach ensures that paint colours, undertones, and finishes complement the craftsmanship of our drywall and plaster work, resulting in a smoother renovation process and a more polished outcome.
In addition to whole‑home colour guidance, Linda offers specialized nursery and children’s room consultations, including Disney‑inspired palettes for toddlers and young children. These spaces are designed using her training in undertones, lighting, and colour psychology, ensuring each room feels cohesive, comforting, and tailored to the child’s developmental needs and personality.
As she continues expanding her hands‑on experience, Linda is offering our clients a complimentary 90‑minute colour and design consultation until February 2027.
